From Canada - Personal cheques are accepted in Canadian dollars payable to "The Daisy House". Prices on the Canadian order form are in Canadian dollars.

From the United States - Personal cheques are accepted in U.S. dollars payable to "The Daisy House". Prices on the U.S. order form are in U.S. dollars.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after your personal cheque has cleared, about 10 business days or less. You will receive e-mail notification when your cheque has cleared and your order is being processed.

Money Orders

Enclose your money order with your completed order form.

From Canada -
Money orders are accepted in Canadian dollars payable to "The Daisy House".
Prices on the Canadian order form are in Canadian dollars.

From the United States –
Money Orders payable to "The Daisy House" must be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank, and cashable in Canada. If you send a U.S. postal money order, the orange coloured one is the international version. Prices on the U.S. order form are in U.S. dollars.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after your money order has been received (excluding holidays). You will receive e-mail notification when your payment has been received and when your order will be shipped.

The appropriate tax will be added to the total value of the order including shipping.

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador = 13% HST
Ontario = 5% GST + 8% PST
All other provinces = 5% GST

Countries Outside of Canada

Tax is not applicable.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment has been received or your personal cheque has cleared, excluding holidays. You will receive e-mail notification when your order has been shipped.

The Daisy House assumes no liability for an order shipped to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address as provided by the customer.

Customs Duties for United States and International Orders

Your order may be subject to customs duties which are payable by you upon receipt of the order. Unfortunately we cannot determine in advance if your order will be subject to customs duties and we have no control over the assessment of these charges.

Shipping Charges for Orders to Canada and the United States

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Daisy House! However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately via email: orders(at)thedaisyhouse(dot)com or by phone 416-659-0365. You may return an item for a full refund (less the shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt, but you must notify us in advance before the item is returned.

If your order has been damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials and forms and contact us immediately.
